I wanna recommend a book or three or six that have helped me in my intentional reprogramming.
My method is to go through with a highlighter + colored pencils sometimes. It helps me actually take in & ponder what is written.
My hope is to share these as helpful resources for any & all of you who were initially raised under an indoctrinated/conditioned paradigm program.
I had to do this in order to reclaim myself with fresh/natural light unfiltered by the distortions of doctrine. it brought me into finding my own methods of reclaiming the ferality of my humanity safely.
