one has to figure out how to love their inner child self NOT in the way they did/did not get it as a kid, but in the way that they ACTUALLY needed it, & still need it. the Shadow Work of reliving the past with this \’proper\’ loving attention to oneself bringing comfort where it was needed most. doing so goes against the grain of conditioning, so it\’s very challenging & requires constant vigilance in a sense & an equal amount of patience for oneself as it works in waves {I\’ve been calling them Pluto Waves}. it is literally a process of mindful, conscious reprogramming, & it can take years of work, especially if one has to sacrifice their sacred healing time to the matrix machine of corporate imperialism just to make rent.

There\’s also the challenge of gossipy groups hating on people who try to improve themselves. hurt people hurting other people so they stay hurt together in hopelessness. some of them even boast about it, & 𝕨𝕖 𝕔𝕒𝕟\’𝕥 𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕔𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕪𝕠𝕟𝕖 𝕥𝕠 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕚𝕣 𝕓𝕖𝕙𝕒𝕧𝕚𝕠𝕣𝕤. we will have opposing perspectives a.k.a. Contrast all the way through.
