Personally I see a melodrama bubble oozing from the nostrils of the 4th R3ich by place in history looming over the populous keeping us all swept up in an endless story of hopelessness, petty division, and recognizing it as the manipulative force it is helps us get out, though with it may be painful rude awakenings, along with confusion, but that’s normal & it doesn’t have to last forever.

From what I\’ve learned about \’narc~etc\’ personality disorders, a lot has to do with Childhood / Past Trauma left unresolved & buried under layers of fear. coping mechanisms normalized to a point of invisibility to one\’s self, even to their detriment. for me part of shadow work was learning to break through my own defensive walls & guard towers {internally speaking} in order to reach the roots of the shadow
